Slurp-worthy soup and culinary treasures at local eateries like Baba Lassi and the Dirty Chai Cafe And Inn. Plus, a delightful stay near Dashashwamedh Ghat and Kashi Viswanath Temple with gracious hosts.

Gupta's attitude took a spicy turn on check-out day. Just a tad of masala added to the stay.
